Every sales rep using the Colect Sales App has their own accounts. However you may need to write an order for an account outside of your account set. In this case you can write an order on behalf of a sales team member.
Colect Sales App version 4.11.7 or above
Backend customer access rules configured for order on behalf access (contact your Colect administrator)
Select Customer of a Team Member
In the Sales app first go to the customer selection screen by clicking on the customer icon in the grey bottom nav bar. This screen shows all customers in the currently logged in sales rep account set.
Select the team member with the switch icon in the top right of the customer selection screen, shown in the screenshot below.
The team members accounts are now shown in the customer selection screen, select the customer required.
